TreeSize Free can be used from Windows XP. Yes, indeed the free one has some feature limitations but with enough to start finding out folder sizes and disk space on Windows 10 or later OS versions. The MFT is a special hidden file used by the NTFS file system to keep track of all files and folders on a hard drive.
